FAQs

Do I have to be a good runner to join?
All you need is the willingness and determination to run. We believe that results will come in due course.

How often do you meet?
On weekends we meet for the long run. The runs during the week are to be fitted in as per individual’s schedule. One of the added benefits of belonging to a club is meeting many new runners who to run with when your schedules agree.

Is coaching available?
We have a dedicated club coach who holds a coaching clinic once a week on Tuesdays at St. Aloysius College track at 7pm. Although highly recommended it is not a compulsory requirement to attend this, you may even be working with a coach already. However, enough cannot be said about the benefits of learning useful running drills, good running form and following a program which is tailor made to your own level and goals with continuous and safe improvement in mind.

Do I have to take part in any races?
Our motto is Run For Fun and therefore we do not put any pressure whatsoever on members to participate in races. However, we encourage participation in the events organised by the M.A.A.A., the Malta International Marathon and Half Marathon and our club race LRC 10K.

  • 30% discount on running shoes they stock i.e. Adidas, Reebok and Sketchers, and
