Back to Basics 3 Session was held on 10th January. We heard a presentation on nutrition for runners in preparation for race day and general advise for healthy nutrition as important aspect of training, presented by Joseph Sciberras, Nutritionist
Another presentation on physiology and form for runners was made by Matthew Gatt, Physiotherapist.
Next Back to Basics 4 session will be held 24th January from around 10am-12pm. This time the program will be sessions by a running coach.
There will be no charge for members, costs covered by the club, and you are welcome to bring partners or potential new members.
